Soy Ingeniero Comercial con un magíster en Innovación y Diseño. Me interesan los problemas complejos que requieren soluciones prácticas, estandarizadas y escalables. Me gusta entender cómo funcionan las cosas, detectar lo que no está operando bien y diseñar formas más simples, claras y sostenibles de mejorarlas.Trabajo bien bajo presión, en contextos de estructuras poco definidas o en procesos de cambio. Me resulta natural coordinar personas, herramientas y recursos hasta que algo empieza a fluir y funcionar. Prefiero construir con otros antes que imponer. Y cuando hay que decidir, lo hago con convicción y transparencia.No me interesa ser el protagonista. Me interesa ser útil, confiable y que las cosas funcionen. Me gusta enseñar y disfruto cuando un equipo empieza a operar sin depender de mí.Soy directo, valoro la transparencia y el trabajo bien hecho. No me las sé todas, pero aprendo rápido.Además de los negocios y el diseño, me interesan la arquitectura, la modelación 3D, la divulgación científica y los flujos de trabajo automatizados.

I'm a Business and Innovation professional with a background in Commercial Engineering and a Master's in Innovation and Design. I'm drawn to complex problems that require practical, standardized, and scalable solutions. I like to understand how things work, identify what's not functioning properly, and design simpler, clearer, and more sustainable ways to improve them.I work well under pressure, especially in loosely structured environments or during periods of change. It feels natural for me to coordinate people, tools, and resources until things start to flow and function. I prefer building together over imposing my point of view. And when decisions need to be made, I do so with clarity and conviction.I'm not interested in being the protagonist. I'm interested in being useful, reliable, and getting things to work. I enjoy teaching and find satisfaction in seeing a team operate independently.I'm straightforward, value transparency, and take pride in well-executed work. I don't have all the answers, but I learn quickly.Beyond business and design, I'm interested in architecture, 3D modeling, science communication, and automated workflows.
